Subscriber Benefits

Subscribers enjoy unlimited, no-fee ticket exchanges (a $15 savings per ticket). If your plans change, you can easily move your tickets to another date of the same ballet or choose a different ballet altogether. This is one of the most popular subscriber benefits. 

Premium (Full) Subscribers
Swap your tickets freely between any repertory performances during the season. 

Create Your Own (CYO) Subscribers
You can exchange tickets within the season as well. If the new performance is priced higher, you may just pay the difference. And if you can’t attend a performance in your package at all, you can request a subscriber ticket credit to use later.

Both Premium and CYO subscribers can purchase additional tickets to any of our productions at a preferred rate, including George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker®, Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and Swan Lake. Great for gifts! 

Subscribers can purchase additional tickets to any of our programs each year during our renewal period at a preferred subscriber rate. Once the renewal period ends, subscribers receive a discount of 10% off the retail value of a seat, free of the service fee.  

Please note Seats in Zone D are exempt from this policy as they are always available to subscribers at $40 while quantities are available. 

All subscribers can take advantage of the exclusive priority seating period before tickets go on sale to the public. Seating requests are processed in the order that they are received. 

Invitations to events, special offers, pre-sales, discounts, and other bonuses are sent by email to all subscribers throughout the year. To receive these, ensure you provide your email address when ordering your tickets and that you are opting in to receive communications from MCB.
