Scarlett Barone

Scarlett Barone was born and raised in Miami, Florida, and began her training with Impac Youth Ensemble under Marie-Louise Gaschler. At age 11, she joined Miami City Ballet School, where she trained under Arantxa Ochoa. She furthered her training through summer programs on scholarship at Miami City Ballet School, the School of American Ballet, San Francisco Ballet School, and Pacific Northwest Ballet School. During her time at Miami City Ballet School, Scarlett performed featured roles including Choleric in George Balanchine’s The Four Temperaments, Fourth Movement Principal in George Balanchine’s Western Symphony, and Two Girls in Jerome Robbins’ 2 & 3 Part Inventions. In 2023, she was promoted to apprentice with Miami City Ballet. 

In 2024, Scarlett trained and performed alongside Pacific Northwest Ballet as a member of their Professional Division, and the following year, she joined Saint Louis Ballet as a Second Company member.

In 2026, Scarlett returned home to join Miami City Ballet as a member of the corps de ballet.
